April 20, 2012

“Planning in a Pinch” – Mazzone Hospitality hosts wedding professional expertise in live web chat

Capital Region invited to tap area’s top experts for short-notice wedding tips

ALBANY, N.Y.– Mazzone Hospitality today announced it will host its third live web chat on Monday, April 23 with two top wedding planners discussing how to plan a wedding on short notice. The web chat will provide impending Capital Region wedding couples an opportunity to ask preparation questions to Kevin Sykes, Senior Wedding and Event Planner at Mazzone Hospitality, and Christine Wheat, owner of Christine A. Wheat Special Events Firm, LLC.

The “Planning in a Pinch” web chat will stream live from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. on the Mazzone Hospitality wedding blog, Aisle Files, to desktops, laptops and mobile devices. Mazzone Hospitality held its first live web chat in November as owner Angelo Mazzone offered Thanksgiving tips heading into the holiday, and its first wedding web chat in February with general tips on wedding planning.

“Whether the wedding is set for six months or six weeks from now,” Sykes said, “the perfect day begins with a well-thought-out plan. I’m looking forward to sharing tips online about how to make a beautiful wedding in a pinch and beat the time-crunch stress.”

Participants in the live dialogue may log on to the Mazzone Hospitality wedding blog, Aisle Files, at www.onereputation.com/aisle-files. No pre-registration is necessary and users may simply type questions and comments for Sykes and Wheat in the chat field at the bottom of the page. Participants will be able to view the Mazzone Hospitality and Wheat Special Events Firm wedding experts addressing questions through a livestream feed on the blog.

Wheat’s international full-service events firm plans and coordinates weddings, philanthropic, social and corporate events. She lectures on special events planning at colleges and universities throughout New York State. Wheat also serves on Town & Country’s Luxury Wedding Advisory Board.
