Dunkin’ Donuts announced a donation resulting in the purchase of $5,025 worth of riot equipment and electronic flares for the Troy Police Department on Monday, November 16. The donation is part of a Dunkin’ Donuts Baskin-Robbins Community Foundation donation of more than $100,000 to national police safety organization Spirit of Blue, which used the funding to purchase safety equipment for 17 police departments nationwide including the Troy Police Department.
