SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. – The New York Racing Association, Inc. (NYRA) today announced that dining reservations for the 2019 season at Saratoga Race Course will be available to the general public beginning Wednesday, April 10 at 10 a.m.
Dining reservation requests for the Turf Terrace, Club Terrace and The Porch will be accepted via the digital reservation management system TOCK. Fans are encouraged to create a TOCK account in advance in order to streamline their reservation process.
Dining reservations will be available exclusively as part of a three-day package on the following weekends: Opening Weekend (7/12-7/14); Whitney Weekend (8/2-8/4); Alabama Weekend (8/16-8/18); and Travers Weekend (8/23-8/25).
Same-day dining reservations may be available in-person at Saratoga Race Course. Guests may inquire about same-day reservations at the Wait List Kiosk on the first floor of the Clubhouse near The Porch beginning at 11 a.m. each race day. All reservations are first-come, first-served and based on availability.
A non-refundable table charge payment will be required at the time of the reservation. Dining reservations are non-transferable.
Among the highlights of the 2019 season at Saratoga Race Course are Opening Weekend, July 11-14; the 150th runningĀ of the Grade 1, $1.25 million Runhappy Travers on Saturday, August 24; and the Grade 1, $1 million Whitney on Saturday, August 3.
Whitney weekend will include the second legs of the new Turf Triple Series, the three-race series at Belmont Park and Saratoga showcasing the best turf runners in the country and offering $5.25 million in purse money. The middle jewel of the Turf Tiara, the series restricted to 3-year-old fillies, will kick off Whitney weekend on Friday, August 2 with the inaugural $750,000 Saratoga Oaks. The middle leg of the Turf Trinity, the series restricted to 3-year-old males designed to emulate the American dirt classics, will bookend Whitney weekend with the inaugural $1 million Saratoga Derby on Sunday, August 4.
Following Opening Weekend, racing at Saratoga will be conducted five days a week, Wednesdays through Sundays. Closing week will run Wednesday, August 28 through Labor Day, Monday, September 2.
