ADIRONDACK THUNDER PLAYERS DELIVER DONATED TICKETS TO LOCAL ROTC PROGRAM IN ADVANCE OF VETERANS DAY

Thunder drop off game tickets and visit with Siena College ROTC program students ahead of Saturday’s Military Appreciation Night 

Glens Falls, NY;– Players from the Adirondack Thunder, the Capital Region’s exclusive professional hockey team, delivered donated tickets to local military organizations today as part of the team’s “Seats for Service” program.

Seats for Service is a Thunder initiative offering businesses the opportunity to purchase tickets to be donated to active and retired military members and their families. The donation took place on the eve of Veterans Day and in advance of the Thunder’s Military Appreciation Night home game on Saturday, November 13 at Cool Insuring Arena in Glens Falls, NY.

Adirondack Thunder players Chris Lijdsman, Nick DeVito, Alex Carrier and Jimmy Mazza delivered the tickets to students participating in the Siena College ROTC Program and greeted other students on the Siena campus in Latham, NY.

The Thunder will host the Utah Grizzlies on Saturday, November 13 in the team’s annual Military Appreciation Night game with face-off scheduled for 7 p.m. The Thunder is an affiliate of the National Hockey League’s New Jersey Devils and American Hockey League’s Utica Comets.
