ALBANY, NY, – BST & Co. CPAs, LLP, one of the Capital Region’s leading accounting and management consulting firms, today welcomed back Dawn Doherty as a partner within the firm’s tax department.
Doherty has more than 30 years of experience working in tax. She began her career with the Internal Revenue Service in 1987 and has since worked in both public and private accounting.
Doherty returns to BST & Co. where she had previously been a tax partner. As she steps back into the role, she will be part of the firm’s real estate and construction niche and heavily involved in complex corporate and partnership tax services.

A resident of Castleton, Doherty received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the College of St. Rose and a master’s degree in taxation from the University at Albany. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and serves as the Board Chairperson of Sunmark Credit Union in Latham.
