Dunkin’ restaurant in Wyckoff commemorates grand reopening with donation to Wyckoff Family YMCA

Members of the local community and Dunkin’ fans alike poured into Dunkin’s newly remodeled next generation restaurant at 525 Cedar Hill Avenue in Wyckoff on Friday, September 13 as part of its grand reopening ceremony.

Dunkin’ franchisees Gary, Marc and Josh Haar of The Haar Company commemorated the occasion with a $3,000 donation to the Wyckoff Family YMCA in conjunction with the Dunkin’ Joy in Childhood Foundation. The Wyckoff Family YMCA is a charitable community service organization that is solely committed to meeting the challenges of the communities that they serve.

“We are so honored and humbled to have The Haar Company and the Dunkin’ Joy in Childhood Foundation as such longtime supporters of the Wyckoff Family YMCA’s Mission to bring quality care to those experiencing hardship,” said Lee Parker, Board Member and Past President of the Wyckoff Family YMCA. “Their continued generosity in supporting the Wyckoff Family YMCA as a valued partner in the Community is greatly appreciated.”

“This proves that once again, neighbors can help neighbors in need,” added Joy Vottero, the Wyckoff Family YMCA’s Executive Director.

The celebration also included members of the Wyckoff Police Department, who took part in a commemorative ribbon-cutting ceremony.

The morning featured the first 100 Dunkin’ Rewards members in line at 9 a.m. receiving one free medium hot or iced coffee for 100 consecutive days on the Dunkin’ App, while many other Rewards members spun the Dunkin’ prize wheel for free Dunkin’ merchandise.

The 2,400 square-foot newly remodeled Dunkin’ employs 11 crew members and is open daily from 5 a.m. until 10 p.m.
