Dunkin’ restaurant in Brunswick commemorates grand reopening with RPI Hockey coaches, special giveaways, and donation to Unity House of Troy

Members of the local community and Dunkin’ fans alike poured into Dunkin’s newly remodeled next generation restaurant at 749 Hoosick Road in Brunswick on Thursday, November 21 as part of its grand reopening ceremony.

Dunkin’ franchisee the Ivo Garcia Network commemorated the occasion with a $1,500 donation to the Unity House of Troy. Unity House is a Rensselaer County-based agency that provides a wide range of services to support the otherwise unmet needs of underserved people in the local community.

“On behalf of Unity House, I would like to thank the Ivo Garcia Network and Dunkin’ for this generous donation that will certainly go a long way working in the field that we work in,” said Unity House CEO Dave Bach. “We view Dunkin’ as a community partner, especially in the Rensselaer County area, and appreciate their continued support.”

The morning featured coaches from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI)’s Men’s and Women’s Hockey programs, who handed out complimentary merchandise and tickets to upcoming games. Guests also spun the Dunkin’ prize wheel for free Dunkin’ merchandise.

The newly remodeled Brunswick Dunkin’ is open daily from 5 a.m. until 8 p.m. and employs 16 crew members.
