Stuyvesant Plaza, the Capital Region’s premier open-air shopping and dining destination, announces the grand opening of vineyard vines, scheduled for April 18th starting at 10 a.m.
Located on the north side of Stuyvesant Plaza between Josie’s Table and Bountiful Bread, vineyard vines will feature apparel and accessories for men, women, and children, including performance wear, comfortable layers, swimwear and accessories.
“We are thrilled to welcome vineyard vines to Stuyvesant Plaza,” said Stuyvesant Plaza General Manager Rachel Ferluge. “This stylish and sophisticated, coastal-inspired brand appeals to community members of all ages. With warmer weather on the way, now is the perfect time for guests to get acquainted with our newest brand on property.”
Grand opening festivities will include a special appearance by vineyard vines’ beloved pink whale mascot starting at 10 a.m., nautical balloon-twisting between 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., and gift-with-purchase offerings.
“We are thrilled to be opening our newest store at Stuyvesant Plaza and joining such a vibrant community,” said Shep Murray, Co-Founder of vineyard vines. “This new location is the latest addition to our growing fleet, and we can’t wait to bring our ‘Every Day Should Feel This Good’ moments to the Albany area.”
“We’re really looking forward to engaging with the local community and offering an immersive experience where customers can not only see and touch our products up close, but also meet our team and be part of our vineyard vines story,” added Ian Murray, Co-Founder of vineyard vines.
Families are encouraged to attend this opening celebration with children in tow – which aligns with the property’s previously announced April Break Adventures Program, a week of fun-filled events and activities at Stuyvesant Plaza for local youth, ages 2 to 15, during Spring Recess, Monday, April 14 through Friday, April 18.
