The new affiliation between West Point Security and BST supplements the latter’s burgeoning menu of outsourcing solutions and services available for businesses and not for profits including accounting, tax, talent, marketing, philanthropy and now cybersecurity.
Named after the alma mater of its founder, Norman C. Massry, West Point Security is based in Albany, NY. Massry, a seasoned compliance attorney and engineer, launched his firm in 2013 to mitigate the growing threats to businesses, universities, government entities and nonprofits through ransomware and other cybercrimes.

Massry has more than 14 years of experience in information security governance, operational risk management, audit of information systems and networks, incident response and business continuity and disaster recovery. He was Chief Information Security Officer for the New York State Department of Health – the nation’s fourth largest health department – from 2016 to 2024.
Massry earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in National Security from the US Military Academy at West Point and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of New Hampshire School of Law. He is a Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP) and currently serves as vice president of the Albany InfraGard Members Alliance, a public-private partnership with the Federal Bureau of Investigation created to safeguard the nation’s banking, energy and healthcare sectors.
