GREEN ISLAND, NY;– Coldwell Banker Prime Properties Vice President of Relocation and Business Development Ryan Watroba recently served as an expert panelist during the prestigious Worldwide ERC® Global Workforce Symposium in Boston, MA.
Nearly 2,000 workforce mobility professionals gathered for the three-day conference, October 7-9, at the Hynes Convention Center. Watroba served on a panel of experts from around the globe during the “Extreme Insight” general session to discuss the current state of workforce mobility and talent management – and their visions for transforming the future. Worldwide ERC® is the world’s leading workforce mobility association for professionals who oversee, manage, or support U.S. domestic and international employee transfer.
“I’m grateful for the opportunity to have met relocation colleagues from around the world and to discuss topics that are shaping our industry now and in the future,” Watroba said. “Worldwide ERC® is the preeminent workforce mobility association, and it was my honor to contribute to their signature member event.”
As the Vice President of Relocation and Business Development for Coldwell Banker Prime Properties, Watroba oversees all relocation services, community outreach efforts, and business development with various organizations on a regional, national and global level. He is a licensed Realtor®, member of GCAR, Worldwide ERC®, and has been awarded the Certified Relocation Professional (CRP®) designation for his extensive work and knowledge of the mobility industry.
In addition to his work with Coldwell Banker Prime Properties, Watroba is active in various organizations including serving as the Vice-Chair of the Tech Valley Young Professional Network (YPN) and Chairman of the Worldwide ERC ® YP40, young professional group. He is an active volunteer with several local and national organizations, including the Make-A-Wish Foundation, and Play It Foreward 518, a 501c3 that he and his family founded in 2015.
