Group hospitality reservations now available
SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. – The New York Racing Association, Inc. (NYRA) today announced that dining reservations for the 2018 meet at historic Saratoga Race Course will be available to the general public beginning Wednesday, March 14.
Reservation requests for five or more dates at the Turf Terrace; Club Terrace or The Porch will be accepted via email at [email protected] beginning Wednesday, March 14 at 10 a.m. EST through Wednesday, March 28 at 4 p.m. Reservation requests should include dates, size of party and guest contact information for verification.
Following the reservation request, a NYRA dining representative will contact guests to confirm dates, based on availability. Table charge payment will be required at this time to finalize the reservation. Table charges are final, non-refundable and are based on the full table size. Dining reservations are non-transferable.
“We received a tremendous response from our guests following last year’s transition to an all-digital process for dining reservations at Saratoga, which made it simpler than ever before to enjoy an afternoon at one of our on-track restaurants,” said New York Racing Association Senior Vice President and Chief Experience Officer Lynn LaRocca. “We look forward to once again offering our guests the ease and convenience of a modern-day reservation system.”
Single-day dining reservations will be accepted online at www.NYRA.com/dining beginning Wednesday, April 4 at 10 a.m. EST. Guests will be able to submit their individual day dining requests by clicking on the designated link.
In addition to the restaurants, full season plans are currently available for dining tables in Saratoga’s newest hospitality area – The Stretch, located in the grandstand at the Top of the Stretch. The all-new, private hospitality area features modern and upscale amenities in a casual environment with breathtaking views of thoroughbreds rounding the final turn as they enter the dramatic stretch drive.
The Stretch features a two-tiered dining area offering four, six and eight-person tables. All dining area guests at The Stretch receive exclusive access to a high-end raised circular bar, full-service kitchen and concessions, touchscreen tablets at each table, high-definition televisions and video screens, special events, and private restrooms. Guests will also enjoy a relaxed dress code at The Stretch.
Limited dining inventory is available at The Stretch and is expected to sell quickly based on the initial demand for hospitality in this newly revitalized section of the grandstand.
Full space group hospitality reservations for the 2018 season at Saratoga Race Course are also on sale now for the following areas: At the Rail Pavilion; Luxury Suites; Paddock Tent; Festival Tent; Big Red Spring Tent; and Top of the Stretch.
Reservations for both The Stretch and full space hospitality areas can be made exclusively through the NYRA Box Office by phone at (844) NYRA-TIX, via email at [email protected] or at www.nyra.com/saratoga. All reservations are based on availability.
The 40-day meet at historic Saratoga Race Course, which includes 69 stakes worth $18.8 million in purses, will run from Friday, July 20, through Labor Day, Monday, September 3. After opening weekend, racing will be conducted six days a week, Wednesdays through Mondays.
