Dunkin’ and Baskin-Robbins restaurant in New Milford commemorates grand reopening with donations to New Milford Education Foundation, New Milford Police Department, and New Milford Fire Department

Members of the local community and Dunkin’ fans alike poured into Dunkin’ and Baskin-Robbins’ newly remodeled next generation restaurant at 754 River Road in New Milford on Wednesday, November 6 as part of its grand reopening ceremony.

Dunkin’ franchisee G-Flores, Inc. commemorated the occasion with a $1,000 charitable donation to The New Milford Education Foundation for its Senior Scholarship Fund. The Foundation enables students of the New Milford School District to thrive by providing essential items and financial support for higher education.

“We are grateful for the generous donation from G-Flores, Inc. and Dunkin’, which demonstrates a strong commitment to supporting education in the New Milford School District,” said New Milford Education Foundation President Michael Castronovo. “This donation will help us to continue to provide essential resources and programs for our students outside of the normal budgets, ensuring they have the tools they need to succeed in the 21st century.”

G-Flores also commemorated the grand reopening with a pair of $500 donations to the New Milford Police Department and the New Milford Fire Department.

The celebration included New Milford Mayor Michael Putrino and members of the New Milford Council, who participated in a commemorative ribbon-cutting ceremony.

The morning featured the first 100 Dunkin’ Rewards members in line at 9 a.m. receiving one free medium hot or iced coffee for 100 consecutive days on the Dunkin’ App, while many other Rewards members spun the Dunkin’ prize wheel for free Dunkin’ merchandise.

The newly remodeled, 1,500 square-foot Dunkin’ and Baskin-Robbins employs 20 crew members and is open daily from 5 a.m. until 10 p.m.
