Newly remodeled store with modern features and innovative technologies to celebrate grand re-opening on Saturday, February 5
CANTON, NY; – Residents who live and work in Canton can now enjoy Dunkin’s next generation store design. Dunkin’, America’s favorite all-day, everyday stop for coffee and baked goods, will celebrate the official grand re-opening of its newly remodeled restaurant on Saturday, February 5 at 103 East Main Street in Canton, NY.
The Dunkin’ restaurant will celebrate the grand re-opening by donating 15 percent of all sales on Saturday, February 5 to Renewal House, St. Lawrence County’s domestic violence and sexual assault agency. Renewal House provides a variety of services supporting victims/survivors including; 24-hour crisis intervention, peer to peer counseling, and personal and legal advocacy. Renewal House also has a campus advocate on all four college campuses throughout the county and manages the sexual assault nurse examiner program.
The newly renovated Dunkin’, located in a Mountain Mart convenience store, employs approximately 15 crew members led by longtime store manager Sue Harrison. The Canton location features Dunkin’s new restaurant design with a modern atmosphere, innovative technologies and exciting elements, including:
- Modern Design: The openness, colors and materials used in the design help to create an approachable, positive and energetic environment.
- Premium Pours: Dunkin’s signature cold beverages are now poured through an innovative tap system serving eight consistently cold beverages such as iced coffee, iced tea, Cold Brew and Nitro-Infused Cold Brew. Crew members will also use top-quality flavor-maximizing espresso machines to make hand-crafted drinks to order.
- Dunkin’ on Demand: Dunkin’ has also introduced an area dedicated to mobile pickups, so that members of the DD Perks® Rewards program who order ahead via Dunkin’s Mobile App can get in and out of the restaurant faster than ever before. Guests will be able to track the status of their orders placed for pickup inside the restaurant via a new digital order status board.
“We are thrilled to be a part of Dunkin’s next generation store initiative and are excited to introduce this innovative new restaurant to the Canton community,” said Brian White, Dunkin’ franchisee and President of White Management Corporation, a privately-held restaurant group in upstate New York founded by his father, David White. “The new menu offerings and approachable atmosphere will grab the attention of Dunkin’ fans and help keep Canton running on Dunkin’ for years to come.”
The grand re-opening celebration will feature a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 10 AM, a live remote radio broadcast with Q Country 102.9 from 10 AM to 1 PM, and prize giveaways. Additionally, Dunkin’ Canton will be running several specials, including: Two Dine for $14.99 (Friday through Sunday)—two egg and cheese sandwiches on an English muffin, two orders of hash browns, and two coffees; Donate for Donuts (Saturday 10 AM to 1 PM), where guests receive a free Valentine’s-themed donut for a direct donation to Renewal House; and Ain’t Coffee Grand Travel Mug and Water Bottle promotion, where guests purchase their favorite coffee drink in a branded container and contribute directly to Renewal House.
