Residents who live and work in Rockland County can now experience Dunkin’s next generation store design at 112 North Middletown Road in Pearl River.
Following a devastating fire that broke out on November 29, 2021, and spread throughout the plaza housing Dunkin’, the restaurant is set to reopen its doors nearby after nearly three years.
To celebrate the grand reopening, Dunkin’ is offering Free Coffee for a Year to the first 100 guests in line at the Pearl River Dunkin’, 112 North Middletown Road, beginning at 9 a.m. on Friday, August 16*. Free Coffee for a Year Giveaway recipients receive a coupon book containing four free medium hot or iced coffee coupons per month for 14 months, good only at the Dunkin’ at 112 North Middletown Road in Pearl River. The coupon books will be distributed beginning at 10:00 a.m.
Additionally, all guests will be able to spin a prize wheel from 9 a.m. to noon for free Dunkin’ merchandise, as well as receive tickets to upcoming New York Boulders games, while supplies last.
Dunkin’ franchisees Mike McAleer and Walter Buczek of Sicomac Partners will commemorate the occasion with a $3,000 donation to Feeding Westchester in conjunction with the Dunkin’ Joy in Childhood Foundation. Feeding Westchester is a nonprofit food bank that works alongside nearly 300 partners and programs to distribute food and other resources to communities across Westchester County and surrounding areas.
“We are very excited to reopen to our loyal guests in Pearl River and the surrounding community,” said McAleer. “Additionally, we are proud to support Feeding Westchester with this $3,000 donation in partnership with the Dunkin’ Joy in Childhood Foundation, and to underscore an organization that provides impactful support and resources to the local community.”
A check presentation and grand reopening ribbon-cutting ceremony will take place at 11 a.m.
The 2,800-square-foot Dunkin’ employs 15 crew members and is open daily from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. The Pearl River Dunkin’ features the brand’s new restaurant design with a modern atmosphere, innovative technologies and exciting elements, including:
- Modern Design: The openness, colors and materials used in the design help to create an approachable, positive and energetic environment.
- Premium Pours: Dunkin’s signature cold beverages are now available through an innovative tap system serving eight consistently cold beverages such as coffees, iced teas, cold brew coffee and nitro infused cold brew coffee. Crew members will also use top-quality flavor-maximizing espresso machines to make hand-crafted drinks to order.
- Dunkin’ on Demand: With fully integrated digital kiosks coming in the near future, guests will be able to choose to order with or without the help of a crew member. Dunkin’ has also introduced an area dedicated to mobile pickups, so that members of the Dunkin’ Rewards program who order ahead via Dunkin’s Mobile App can get in and out of the restaurant faster than ever before.
