Members of the local community and Dunkin’ fans alike poured into Dunkin’s newly remodeled next generation restaurant at 3665 Dewey Avenue in Greece on Tuesday, December 17 as part of its grand reopening ceremony.
The Bajrangi Network, a Dunkin’ franchisee, commemorated the occasion with a $3,000 donation to Make-A-Wish Western New York, in conjunction with the Dunkin’ Joy in Childhood Foundation. Make-A-Wish Western New York is a nonprofit organization that grants wishes to children with critical illnesses. Their mission is to help children stay strong during difficult treatments and to believe in a better future.
“Make-A-Wish is deeply appreciative of the ongoing support that Dunkin’ provides through its partnership,” said Make-A-Wish Western New York Regional Director Ben Marchione. “We are grateful for opportunities such as this that allow us to raise both awareness and funds to continue our mission. Together, we create life-changing wishes for children with critical illness right here in our community.”
New York State Assemblyman Josh Jensen, Greece Town Supervisor Bill Reilich, and Greece Deputy Town Supervisor Kirk Morris joined the celebration and participated in a commemorative ribbon-cutting ceremony.
The morning featured scores of 100 Dunkin’ Rewards members receiving one free medium hot or iced coffee for 100 consecutive days on the Dunkin’ App, while others spun the Dunkin’ prize wheel for free Dunkin’ merchandise.
The newly remodeled, 1,300 square-foot Dunkin’ employs five crew members and is open daily from 5 a.m. until 7 p.m.
