MAZZONE HOSPITALITY TO HOST JOB FAIRS FOR UPCOMING SUMMER SEASON

Saratoga Springs, N.Y. – Mazzone Hospitality will host two job fairs as it prepares to fill numerous full- and part-time positions for the 2016 summer season.

The job fairs will be held on Wednesday, May 18 from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. at two locations: Prime at Saratoga National in Saratoga Springs and Angelo’s Prime Bar & Grill in Clifton Park.

Mazzone Hospitality is seeking talented chefs who possess a strong commitment to quality; who take pride in delivering unparalleled experiences to guests; and individuals who value teamwork, integrity, passion and development. Opportunities available include cooks, prep cooks, chef de parties, garde mange chefs, sushi chefs, pastry chefs and stewards.

Culinary positions at Prime at Saratoga National will be overseen by Chef Jonathan Wright, who has recently joined Mazzone Hospitality as a culinary consultant. Chef Wright is an award-winning chef with a background in luxury restaurants and hotels, including Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons in England, Sandy Lane Resort in Barbados, The Setai Miami Beach, Fairmont Singapore, Windsor Court Hotel in New Orleans, and the well-known Rainbow Room in New York City.

Opportunities are also available in the service department, including servers, food runners, baristas, bartenders and hosts. In addition to Prime at Saratoga National, available positions will support restaurant and catering operations in multiple locations for Mazzone Hospitality.
