ALBANY, N.Y. – Due to historically low temperatures throughout the greater Capital Region this past weekend, Stuyvesant Plaza will extend its annual indoor sidewalk sale to Saturday, January 13 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday, January 14 from noon to 5 p.m.
Almost all retailers within the plaza will take part in the seasonal indoor sidewalk sale and will feature inventory that has been significantly reduced in price.
“The cold front which passed through the area last week certainly made it challenging for people to get outside. As such, we want to provide a second opportunity for shoppers to enjoy some of the best savings of the season during a leisurely winter weekend at Stuyvesant Plaza,” said Stuyvesant Plaza Vice President of Real Estate Janet Kaplan. “With temperatures expected to return to seasonal norms this weekend, we encourage shoppers to join us at the Plaza for great post-holiday deals on unique merchandise.”
The indoor sidewalk sale is the winter edition of the shopping center’s perennial summer sidewalk sales, which have been a fixture of Stuyvesant Plaza for more than 40 years.
Stuyvesant Plaza is conveniently located at the corner of Western Avenue and Fuller Road in Albany. For more information about Stuyvesant Plaza, visit www.stuyvesantplaza.com.
