Dunkin’ today celebrated its collegiate name, image and likeness (NIL) partnership with Syracuse University basketball guard JJ Starling. Starling served guests at the Dunkin’ restaurant at 4 Chevy Drive in East Syracuse by filling drive-thru orders, working the front counter and surprising guests with Dunkin’ cards, merch and the Gift of Donuts in honor of his partnership with the brand.
Starling is a member of Team Dunkin’, the brand’s recruiting class of 17 exceptional student-athletes from colleges and universities nationwide. A sophomore at Syracuse University and a Baldwinsville native, Starling is averaging 11.3 points per game this season. His favorite Dunkin’ order is an Iced Caramel Latte with whole milk and caramel drizzle, with a bacon and egg sandwich on a bagel and hashbrowns.
As part of Dunkin’s collegiate NIL partnerships, Starling and his fellow student-athletes, representing 16 teams from colleges and universities all over the country, will be sharing their experiences across social media and enjoying exclusive Team Dunkin’ merch to sport on and off the field.
These powerhouse athletes, like so many college students, run on Dunkin’, and Dunkin’ is here to energize a growing roster of students through wins, losses and the daily grind of being a college athlete.
